![]() ![]() ![]() I highly recommend this product to all IT Administrators who are looking for a cheap alternative to ensure all the commonly used software within their network is up-to-date.The current WIP version of the mod is available here, and the team is working on releasing a new update which is compatible with PCSX2 1.7's official texture replacement, meaning Linux, Vulkan and Steam Deck support. Ninite is a fantastic product which is useful to not only personal users, but also corporate entities. I’ve successfully implemented Ninite Pro into my organization and since doing so we no longer receive any tickets, complaints or questions on any software updates as Ninite Pro takes care of all of it. Custom plans are available upon request.Ninite Pro is sold in varying subscription packages which range from 1-1000+ machines: The last added benefit that Ninite Pro provides over the other two variants is that Ninite Pro enables the administrator to add additional apps to the install package. For a full list of RRM’s please see this link. Ninite Pro also works with multiple different Remote Monitoring and Management (RMM) systems such as Dell Kace, Kaseya and more. Ninite Pro also enables you to save on bandwidth in that only the host machine will download the install files and then disseminate the install files internal to your network. Ninite Pro also enables you to shut off the annoying pop-ups users get when a new version is available for software such as Java and Adobe Reader. Ninite Pro is designed to enable the user to apply updates to multiple computers at once without actually having to install a agent on each machine. This software is a great way to ensure that you don’t get those annoying phone calls about “Should I click this update pop-up?”. I recommend this for any IT professional who is a little tired of supporting family and friends. This will get you one license for once machine for a full year! Ninite Updater also have family packs available if you so desire: Ninite Updater is licensed as a per year charge of $9.99. The supported application are the same as Ninite One. Ninite Updater is designed for painless updates in the update process happens in the background, there’s no website to visit, no downloads to organize and no clicking next, next, next on installers. Updater notifies the user that a new version is available and at a click of a button the user can download and install the latest version of the software. Ninite Updater is a paid version which runs as a system tray service which monitors all of your applications to ensure that they are at the most up-to-date version. This enables a quick manual way to ensure all the updates are applied to your software. The neat thing about this method is that once you’ve downloaded the installer once, you can always run the installer in the future to enable Ninite to update all the versions of software that were originally selected. I’ve personally used this method multiple times to ensure I install a system with the most up-to-date versions of the software. This method/product is free to use for personal use and comes in very hand when you have to reload your personal system and would like to install a group of software all at once to save time. The end-user can select from the available packages and click on the “Get Installer” button which will package all the selected application into a installer package. Ninite One is the free to use version which is available when visiting the Ninite websites. Ninite has 3 versions: Ninite One (free), Ninite Updater and Ninite Pro (paid versions). The company is headquartered in San Francisco CA where the Ninite team continue to expand and develop new features and application support for the Ninite product. Ninite was created by Patrick Swieskowski and Sascha Kuzins.
